Questions we are often asked
Can you fix a site that another company built?
Yes, most of the sites we fix were built by someone else. We need admin access and, ideally, hosting or file access so we can read the error logs.
How do you charge for a fix?
Tell us what is wrong and we reply with a quote. For small fixes you can also buy a pack of maintenance hours online and we start from there.
Our site was hacked. Is that this service?
Hacked sites need a full cleanup and the hole closed, so we handle them under malware removal. If you are not sure which it is, send us the address and we will tell you.
How do we stop things breaking again?
Most breakages come from untested updates. A maintenance plan tests updates on a staging copy first, takes daily backups and watches the site for errors.
