A plain account of where your search traffic is leaking

A one-off review of your site's technical health, content and authority against the competitors you lose to, ending in a ranked list of what to fix first.

Part of Growth and marketing

What we do

  • Technical crawl

Indexing, status codes, redirects, canonicals, hreflang, sitemaps and page speed checked across the whole site.

  • Content review

Thin, duplicate and outdated pages identified, and pages that compete with each other for the same search flagged.

  • Keyword gap

Searches your competitors rank for and you do not, in Arabic and English, sorted by relevance to your business.

  • Backlink profile

Who links to you, the quality of those links, and any risky patterns left by past link building.

  • Analytics check

A look at whether organic traffic and conversions are being measured correctly before any conclusions are drawn.

  • Walkthrough session

A call with your team to go through the findings and answer questions, not only a document sent by email.

When clients call us about this

  1. Organic traffic fell and nobody knows why

Rankings slid after an update, a redesign or a change of agency, and the cause is unclear.

  2. You are choosing an SEO provider

An independent view of the site helps you judge proposals and know what the work should cover.

  3. A rebuild is coming

You want to know what to keep, what to fix and what to protect before the new site is designed.

Questions we are often asked

Do we have to hire you to carry out the fixes?

No. The audit is yours to use with any team. If you would like us to do the work, we quote it separately.

What access do you need?

Read access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics, and a list of the competitors you care about. Server or CMS access helps but is not required.

How is this different from a free online tool report?

Automated tools list warnings without context. We check which issues actually affect your traffic and rank them, and we cover content and competitors, which tools handle poorly.

Can the audit cover both language versions?

Yes. Arabic and English versions are reviewed separately and together, including how they are linked and indexed.
