Where is the hosting located?

We choose the region with you, based on where your customers are and on any data residency rules you follow.

What happens if the site goes down at night?

Monitoring alerts our team at any hour. How fast we respond depends on the agreement level you choose.

Can we leave the agreement?

Yes. After the first term agreements run month to month, and if you move on we hand over access and documentation.
