Every enquiry gets a reply before it goes cold

An AI assistant responds to new leads from your website, ads and WhatsApp, asks the questions your sales team would ask, and books qualified buyers into the right person's calendar.

Part of AI and automation

What we do

  • A first reply as the lead arrives

Enquiries from website forms, Meta and Google lead ads, and WhatsApp get an answer at any hour, while the buyer is still interested.

  • Qualifying questions

Budget range, timing, location, property type or service needed, asked in conversation and saved as fields, not buried in a transcript.

  • Booking into real calendars

Meetings, viewings and consultations booked into Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace calendars, with round-robin or territory rules.

  • CRM updates

Each lead created or updated in HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or Odoo with its source, answers and score.

  • Reminders and follow-ups

Reminders before the meeting and polite follow-ups when a lead goes quiet, stopping as soon as a salesperson takes over.

  • Handover to sales

High-value or unusual leads go straight to a named salesperson with a short summary, so the first call does not repeat the questions.

When clients call us about this

  1. Leads wait until the next morning for a reply

Enquiries from evening ad traffic sit untouched, and by the time someone calls, the buyer has spoken to someone else.

  2. Sales spends hours on enquiries that were never a fit

Budget, timing or location rule the lead out, but nobody finds out until the second call.

  3. No-shows keep emptying the calendar

Meetings are booked by hand with no reminders, and missed slots are rarely followed up.

Questions we are often asked

Does this replace our sales team?

No. It handles the first conversation and the scheduling. Your salespeople take over from the first meeting, with the answers already in the CRM.

Which CRMs can it update?

HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Odoo and Microsoft Dynamics 365 are common. Other CRMs work if they offer an API or webhooks.

Can different services have different questions?

Yes. Each service, project or branch can have its own questions, scoring and calendar, and your team can change them without a rebuild.

What about consent for follow-up messages?

Follow-ups go only to people who contacted you or opted in, WhatsApp templates are approved by Meta before use, and every message includes a way to stop.
