Can everyone use your website? Here is how to find out

We test your website or app against WCAG 2.2 with screen readers, keyboards and zoom, then give your developers a list of fixes ordered by impact.

Part of Design and digital experience

What we do

  • WCAG 2.2 review

Every level A and AA success criterion checked on a representative set of templates, forms and user journeys.

  • Assistive technology testing

Manual testing with VoiceOver, NVDA and TalkBack, keyboard-only navigation and browser zoom, alongside automated scans.

  • Arabic and right-to-left checks

Language attributes, reading order, mirrored focus order and screen reader pronunciation on Arabic pages.

  • Forms, documents and media

Labels, error messages, captions and transcripts, plus the PDF files customers are asked to download and fill in.

  • Remediation support

Code-level guidance for each issue, working sessions with your developers, or fixes made by our own team.

  • Retest and statement

A retest once fixes are in, and a draft accessibility statement describing conformance and known limitations.

When clients call us about this

  1. A customer could not complete a form

Complaints arrive about a checkout, application or booking form that does not work with a screen reader or keyboard.

  2. A tender asks for WCAG conformance

Government and enterprise buyers may ask for evidence of accessibility before they sign a contract.

  3. A scanner gave you a score but no answers

An automated tool flags hundreds of items and nobody knows which ones matter or how to fix them.

Questions we are often asked

Is an automated scan enough?

No. Automated tools catch only part of the problems. Keyboard traps, confusing reading order and unclear labels need a person testing with assistive technology.

Which standard do you test against?

WCAG 2.2 at level AA by default. If a contract or regulator names a different standard or level, we test against that one.

Can you fix the issues as well?

Yes. Our developers can make the fixes, or we work alongside your team and review their changes before release.

Will the audit certify our website?

We report conformance against WCAG with evidence for each criterion. We do not issue certificates, and we are careful not to describe the report as one.
