Let customers check, book and pay without calling you
A portal gives customers, partners or members one place to see their account, download documents and book time, while your team stops answering the same questions by phone.
Part of Product and software engineeringWhat we do
Customer and partner portals
Secure areas where clients see orders, contracts, invoices and service requests, with documents they can download any time.
Online booking
Appointments, rooms, classes or site visits booked against live availability, with staff calendars synced to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
Deposits and payments
Deposits or full payment at booking by mada, Apple Pay or card, with VAT receipts sent automatically.
Reminders and confirmations
Booking confirmations and reminders by email, SMS or WhatsApp Business API, with links to reschedule or cancel.
Service requests and tickets
Requests logged through the portal, assigned to the right team and tracked to completion, with the customer kept informed.
Staff back office
Schedules, booking rules, blackout dates and customer records managed by your team without a developer.
When clients call us about this
The phone rings all day with booking requests
Staff spend hours confirming and moving appointments. Online booking lets customers do it themselves within your rules.
No-shows are eating into your schedule
Without deposits or reminders, empty slots cost money. Payment at booking and automatic reminders reduce them.
Clients ask for documents you have already sent
Invoices, reports and contracts are scattered across email threads. A portal keeps them in one place for each client.
Questions we are often asked
Can the booking system handle several branches and staff?
Yes. Availability can be set per branch, per staff member and per service, with different durations and prices for each.
Can reminders go out on WhatsApp?
Yes, through the WhatsApp Business API using approved message templates. Email and SMS are available as well.
Will the portal show data from our existing systems?
That is usually the point. We connect to your CRM, ERP or accounting system so the portal shows live orders, invoices and statuses.
Do customers need to create an account?
Not always. Bookings can work with a phone number and a one-time code, while portals with documents normally require a proper account for security.
