Your customers are on WhatsApp. Your answers should be too.
We build AI agents on the WhatsApp Business API that answer questions, check orders and take bookings in the customer's language, then pass the chat to your team with the full history when a person is needed.
Part of AI and automationWhat we do
WhatsApp Business API setup
Number registration, business verification with Meta, approved message templates and opt-in handling, through an official API provider.
Answers from approved content
The agent replies from your catalog, policies and FAQs, and says it does not know rather than guessing.
Order and booking lookups
Order status, Aramex or SMSA tracking, appointment slots and account details pulled live from your store, ERP or booking system.
Human handover
The chat moves to a person in a shared inbox when the customer asks, when the topic is sensitive, or when the agent is unsure, with a summary attached.
Payments in the chat
Payment links for mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, Tabby or Tamara through your gateway, with the confirmation sent back to the same thread.
Logs and review
Every conversation stored and searchable. When your team corrects a flagged reply, the approved answer is used from then on.
When clients call us about this
Messages pile up after working hours
Customers write in the evening and at weekends, and the first reply arrives the next working day, if at all.
The same questions fill the inbox every day
Opening hours, delivery times, prices and order status take up most of the team's time on WhatsApp.
Customers ask for updates on WhatsApp, not by email
Your systems hold the answer, but someone has to look it up and type it into a phone by hand.
Questions we are often asked
Can we keep our current WhatsApp number?
Usually, yes. A number used on the WhatsApp Business app can be moved to the API, but it then stops working in the app. We plan the move with you so customers are not left without replies during the switch.
Are there costs from Meta as well?
Yes. Meta charges for certain message types, billed through the API provider to your account. We explain the categories during scoping so you can estimate them before launch.
Which languages can the agent reply in?
It replies in the language the customer writes in, Arabic and English included. Approved answers are written and reviewed for each language you serve.
What happens when the agent gets something wrong?
It answers only from approved content and hands over when unsure. If a reply is wrong, your team flags it in the log and corrects the source, and the fix applies to every later conversation.
Tell us what you want to build, fix or grow
