Switching store platforms is mostly about what you bring with you
We move stores between WooCommerce, Magento, Shopify, Salla, Zid and custom platforms, with products, customers, order history and URLs mapped before anything moves.
Part of Design and digital experienceWhat we do
Migration plan
A data map from the old platform to the new one, listing what moves automatically, what needs tidying and what cannot transfer.
Catalog data
Products, variants, categories, images, attributes and reviews, in both languages where the store has them.
Customers and orders
Customer accounts and order history moved for service and reporting, following the new platform's rules on passwords and consent.
URLs and search
A redirect from every old product and category URL, with titles, descriptions and structured data carried across.
Integrations rebuilt
Payments, Aramex or SMSA shipping, ERP sync, WhatsApp notifications and marketing tools reconnected on the new platform and tested.
Cutover
A final data sync, a DNS change at a quiet hour, and close watch on orders through the first period after the switch.
When clients call us about this
The platform costs more than it returns
App fees, hosting or developer time keep growing while the store stands still.
A hosted platform has become too limiting
Checkout, pricing or integration needs go beyond what the current plan allows.
The current store is no longer supported
An older Magento 1 store or an outdated plugin stack no longer receives security updates.
Questions we are often asked
Will customers need to reset their passwords?
Often, yes, because platforms store passwords differently. We plan a clear message to customers and time it with the launch.
Can we keep selling during the migration?
Yes. The old store stays live while we test on staging, and a final sync picks up the orders placed in the meantime.
What happens to our search rankings?
Redirects, preserved metadata and Search Console monitoring keep the risk of a drop low. Some movement is normal, and we track it after launch.
Can you move us from Salla or Zid to WooCommerce?
Yes. Data is exported through the platform tools or APIs, cleaned up and imported into the new store, with redirects set where your domain moves with you.
