Add developers to your team without a hiring round
Our developers, designers and testers work as part of your team on a monthly retainer, in your repositories, your project tools and your release rhythm.
Part of Managed servicesWhat we do
Staff augmentation
Individual developers who fill a skills gap in your team, such as a React, PHP or mobile developer, reporting to your own lead.
Team extension
A small group, for example two developers and a tester, who take on a defined part of your product while your team focuses elsewhere.
Development retainers
A reserved block of capacity each month for ongoing work on a website, store or application, planned with you in regular sessions.
Working in your tools
Jira, Linear, Asana or ClickUp for tasks, GitHub or GitLab for code, Slack or Microsoft Teams for daily communication.
Code review and quality
Pull requests reviewed, tests written, and releases going through your staging process, not around it.
Continuity
Handover notes and documentation kept current, so knowledge stays with your company if a team member changes.
When clients call us about this
The roadmap is longer than your team can deliver
Adding capacity on a retainer moves work forward without the time and cost of recruitment.
You need a skill for a few months, not a permanent hire
A mobile release, an integration with SAP or Salesforce, or a migration often needs specialist help for a limited period.
Freelancers keep changing
A retainer gives you the same people month after month, with a company behind them.
Questions we are often asked
Who manages the developers day to day?
Usually your own lead or product manager sets priorities. We provide a contact on our side for staffing, quality and anything that needs escalation.
Can we interview the developers first?
Yes. We propose people for the role, and you can meet them before they start.
Who owns the code they write?
You do. All work is committed to your repositories and belongs to your company under the agreement.
Can we change the team size?
Yes. Capacity can be increased or reduced with notice agreed in the contract, so the team follows your workload.
Tell us what you want to build, fix or grow
We reply within one working day with questions or a short plan.
