Track every shipment, invoice and proof of delivery in one place
Freight forwarders, 3PLs, couriers and fleet operators run on bills of lading, customs declarations, delivery proofs and a constant stream of status questions. We connect the systems involved and automate the documents and messages around them.
What gets in the way
Status questions by phone and WhatsApp
Customers and consignees ask where a shipment is, and staff look it up across carrier portals and the TMS before replying.
Documents typed in twice
Bills of lading, airway bills, commercial invoices and packing lists arrive as PDFs and are re-entered into the TMS and customs systems.
Systems that do not share data
The warehouse system, TMS, accounting and client portals each hold part of the picture, held together by exports and email.
Proof of delivery that comes back late
Signed delivery notes return on paper long after the drop, which delays invoicing and makes disputes harder to settle.
Where we usually start
- Document processingShipping and customs documents read on arrival, with fields extracted into the TMS and uncertain values flagged for a person.
- APIs and integrationsConnections between carriers such as Aramex and SMSA, your WMS, TMS, accounting and e-invoicing, with alerts when a sync fails.
- AI agents for WhatsAppCustomers send a tracking number on WhatsApp and get the live status, with delivery changes and claims passed to your team.
- Mobile app developmentA driver app for routes, delivery photos, signatures and location, so proof of delivery reaches the office as the drop happens.
- Portals and bookingA client portal to book shipments, follow milestones and download documents and invoices.
- Data and BIDashboards for on-time delivery, cost per shipment and fleet use, drawn from operational and finance systems.
Questions we are often asked
Can you integrate with Aramex, SMSA and other carriers?
Yes, through their APIs where available, for creating shipments, printing labels and pulling tracking events into your system or your customer's.
Can document AI read shipping and customs paperwork?
It reads common formats such as bills of lading, airway bills, invoices and packing lists, extracts the fields you need and flags anything uncertain for a person to confirm.
Do our drivers need new phones?
Usually not. A driver app runs on standard Android and iOS phones and records signatures, photos and location at each delivery.
Can clients book and track shipments themselves?
Yes. A client portal takes bookings, shows live status, shares documents and invoices, and sends updates by email or WhatsApp at each milestone.
