An app people keep on their home screen
We design and build iOS and Android apps, along with the backend and admin tools that keep them running, and we take care of store submission and updates.
Part of Product and software engineeringWhat we do
Cross-platform or native
One shared codebase for iOS and Android where it fits, native code where performance or device features call for it. We explain the choice up front.
Right-to-left from the first screen
Arabic layouts, mirrored navigation and Arabic typography designed alongside the English screens.
Payments in the app
Apple Pay, mada, STC Pay and instalment options like Tabby and Tamara, following the app store rules for digital and physical goods.
Push notifications and messaging
Order updates, reminders and campaigns sent by segment, with opt-in handled properly on both platforms.
Backend and admin panel
The API, database and admin screens your team uses to manage content, users and orders behind the app.
Store release and updates
App Store and Google Play listings, review submissions, crash reporting and a release schedule for updates.
When clients call us about this
Most of your traffic is already on phones
Customers visit the mobile site again and again. An app gives them a faster way back and gives you push notifications.
Field staff fill in paper forms
Inspections, deliveries or site visits are recorded on paper and typed up later. An app with offline mode captures it on the spot.
Your current app gets poor reviews
Crashes, slow screens or broken Arabic layouts are costing you ratings. A rebuild or a focused fix plan addresses the causes.
Questions we are often asked
Do we need separate apps for iOS and Android?
Usually not. A shared codebase serves both platforms for most business apps. We recommend native development only when a specific feature or performance need requires it.
Who publishes the app in the stores?
We prepare and submit it, but under developer accounts registered to your company, so the app always belongs to you.
Can the app work without a connection?
Yes, where the use case needs it. Forms, checklists and catalogues can be stored on the device and sync when the connection returns.
What happens when Apple or Google release a new OS version?
Apps need regular updates to stay compatible. We can cover that under a support agreement so updates are tested before each major OS release.
