Find out if the idea works before you build all of it
We help you decide what the first version must prove, cut everything that does not serve that, and build it on a codebase you will not have to throw away.
Part of Product and software engineeringWhat we do
Scoping workshop
We list your assumptions, pick the ones that would sink the business if wrong, and shape the first release around testing those.
Clickable prototype
Key screens in a prototype you can put in front of prospects and investors before a line of production code is written.
First production build
A working web or mobile product with real sign-up, real data and real payments where the model depends on them.
Analytics from day one
Events tracked on the actions that matter, so you can see where people drop off and which features they return to.
Feedback loop
Release notes, a feedback channel and short review sessions after each release to decide what to change next.
When clients call us about this
The feature list keeps getting longer
Every conversation adds something, and launch keeps moving. A defined first version puts a line under the scope.
Investors want to see traction, not slides
A product people can sign up for and use gives you numbers to talk about in the next meeting.
You have tried a no-code version and hit its limits
The prototype proved interest but cannot handle real users, payments or integrations. It is time for proper code.
Questions we are often asked
How small should the first version be?
Small enough to release while the idea is still fresh, large enough that customers can complete the main task end to end. We agree that line together in the scoping workshop.
Will we need to rebuild after the MVP?
We write the first version on a mainstream stack with tests and documentation, so you can keep building on it. Some parts may be rewritten later as you learn, which is normal.
Can you work with our technical cofounder?
Yes. We can work alongside an in-house lead, follow their conventions, and hand the codebase over when they are ready to hire their own team.
Do you help with the product decisions or only the code?
Both. We challenge features that do not serve the goal of the first release and suggest cheaper ways to test an assumption when there is one.
Tell us what you want to build, fix or grow
We reply within one working day with questions or a short plan.
