Shopify, set up for shoppers in the Gulf

We build Shopify stores and themes with Arabic storefronts, local payment methods and shipping configured for Saudi Arabia and the UAE, then extend them with apps where the platform stops.

Part of Design and digital experience

What we do

  • Theme development

Custom Online Store 2.0 themes or adapted premium themes, with sections your team can rearrange in the theme editor.

  • Arabic storefront

Right-to-left theme support and Shopify Markets set up for Arabic and English, including translated checkout text.

  • Payments

Third-party gateways that support mada, Apple Pay and STC Pay alongside cards, plus Tabby and Tamara for instalments where available.

  • Shipping and fulfillment

Rates and labels through Aramex, SMSA or a fulfillment provider, cash on delivery handling and tracking notifications.

  • Taxes and invoices

VAT settings for Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and invoice templates or apps that produce tax invoices with the required fields.

  • Custom apps and integrations

Private apps and Shopify Functions for discounts, bundles or delivery rules, and integrations with your ERP or WhatsApp messaging.

When clients call us about this

  1. The theme fights the Arabic layout

Text alignment, sliders and menus break when the store switches to Arabic.

  2. The app list keeps growing

Paid apps overlap and slow the store down. Several can often be replaced with theme code or one custom app.

  3. You sell in both markets

Different currencies, prices and shipping rules for Saudi Arabia and the UAE need to run from one store.

Questions we are often asked

Do you work with Shopify Plus?

Yes. Where your plan includes Plus features such as checkout extensions and Shopify Flow, we build on them.

Can a Shopify store accept mada?

Yes, through third-party payment gateways that support it. Which gateways you can use depends on where your business is registered, so we check this before the build.

Who owns the theme code?

You do. Custom theme code is handed over on final payment, and any premium theme license is bought in your name.

Is Shopify the right platform for us?

It suits brands that want a hosted platform and a large app ecosystem. If you need deep ERP integration or complex B2B rules, we may recommend WooCommerce or Magento instead.
