Connect the factory to the people who buy from it
Manufacturers in Saudi Arabia and the UAE sell to distributors, contractors and export markets while adding capacity at home. We build the integrations, portals and automation that move orders, documents and data through the ERP instead of around it.
What gets in the way
Orders arriving as email attachments
Distributors send purchase orders as PDFs and spreadsheets in their own formats, and sales coordinators key each one into the ERP.
Dealers who have to call to ask
Distributors phone for price lists, stock, order status and statements because there is nowhere to check for themselves.
Production figures that arrive too late
Output, downtime and scrap are collected at the end of the shift and reach management after the chance to act has passed.
Technical documents hard to find
Datasheets, test certificates and installation guides are scattered, so sales and support staff search for them on every enquiry.
Where we usually start
- Document processingPurchase orders read in any layout, matched to customer and item codes, and created as draft sales orders for a coordinator to approve.
- AI for ERP and CRMAI inside SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or Odoo that answers stock and order questions and drafts quotations from live data.
- Portals and bookingA dealer portal with customer-specific prices, credit limits, stock, statements and online ordering into the ERP.
- Data and BIProduction, quality and sales dashboards that combine ERP figures with data exported from the plant.
- Knowledge assistantsOne place for sales and support staff to find datasheets, certificates and installation guides, with links to the latest version.
- Corporate websitesProduct catalogue websites in the languages your buyers use, with technical data, downloads and enquiries routed by region.
Questions we are often asked
Which ERP systems do you work with?
We connect to SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo and other systems with an API or import option. We review your setup first and confirm the approach in the proposal.
Can distributors order through a portal at their own prices?
Yes. A dealer portal shows customer-specific price lists, credit limits, stock and order history, and sends orders to the ERP for approval.
Can you bring in machine data?
Where machines or an MES already export data, we bring it into dashboards alongside ERP figures. Shop floor hardware and sensors are outside our scope, so we work with your automation provider on that side.
Do you build catalogue sites for export markets?
Yes. We design catalogue websites in the languages your buyers read, with technical data, downloads and enquiry forms that reach the right sales team.
