The AI plan your board keeps asking for
We review your processes, data and systems, find the uses of AI worth doing first, and put policies in place so the rest of the company can adopt it with clear rules.
Part of AI and automationWhat we do
Readiness review
Interviews with each department, a look at your systems and data quality, and a candid view of what is ready for AI and what is not.
Use case shortlist
Ideas scored on value, effort, risk and data availability, with a recommended first project and the reasons behind it.
Data residency and hosting options
Where data would be processed for each use case, which providers offer regions that fit, and when self-hosted models make sense.
AI use policy
An acceptable use policy for staff, rules for customer-facing AI and review steps for new tools, drafted with data protection laws such as the Saudi PDPL in mind, for your legal team to confirm.
Governance
Ownership, approval steps, logging and incident handling for AI systems, sized to your company rather than copied from a template.
Roadmap
A sequenced plan of projects, the systems each one touches, and the people each one needs from your side.
When clients call us about this
Every department is trying a different AI tool
Subscriptions multiply, results are not shared, and nobody has checked where the data goes.
Leadership has asked for an AI plan
There is pressure to act, but no agreed view of where AI would pay back first.
Legal and IT are unsure what is allowed
Requests to use AI sit waiting because there is no policy to approve them against.
Questions we are often asked
Do we have to build with you afterwards?
No. The documents are yours and written so any capable team can act on them. If you do build with us, the first project starts from the same material.
Is this legal advice?
No. We cover the technical and process side of data protection and AI use. Your legal adviser should confirm how laws such as the PDPL apply to your business.
Who needs to be involved from our side?
A sponsor from leadership, someone from IT, and the heads of the departments under review. We agree the interview schedule with you at the start.
Can you include what we have already tried?
Yes. Pilots and tools already in use are part of the review, and we note what worked, what did not, and why.
Tell us what you want to build, fix or grow
We reply within one working day with questions or a short plan.
