The shared inbox, sorted before anyone opens it

AI reads incoming email in shared mailboxes, works out what each message is about and how urgent it is, routes it to the right team, and drafts a reply for a person to check and send.

Part of AI and automation

What we do

  • Classification

Messages sorted into categories you define, such as quote requests, complaints, invoices, job applications and supplier updates, in Arabic or English.

  • Routing and assignment

Each message assigned to a team or person in Outlook, Gmail or your helpdesk, by topic, customer, language or account owner.

  • Priority and tone

Urgent requests and unhappy customers moved up the queue, with the reason shown so anyone can check the decision.

  • Draft replies

Suggested replies written from your templates and knowledge base, saved as drafts for a person to approve and send.

  • Attachments to the right place

Invoices passed to document processing, CVs to HR and purchase orders to sales, each linked back to the original email.

  • Noise filtered out

Newsletters, auto-replies and cold pitches filed away, so the team sees the messages that need action.

When clients call us about this

  1. Messages sit unanswered because everyone assumes someone else has them

A shared address with no owner per message means some emails get two replies and others get none.

  2. Customers write to several addresses hoping one will reply

The same request arrives in sales, support and info, and three people start working on it.

  3. Team leads spend the morning forwarding

Sorting the inbox has become a job of its own before any real reply is written.

Questions we are often asked

Will it send emails on its own?

Only if you allow it for specific low-risk categories, such as an acknowledgement that a message was received. Everything else stays a draft until a person sends it.

How does it get access to our mailboxes?

Through Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace permissions granted by your administrator, limited to the mailboxes you choose. Access can be withdrawn at any time.

What if it routes a message to the wrong team?

The team moves it with one action, the correction is logged, and the routing rules are reviewed against those corrections on a regular schedule.

Does it work with our helpdesk?

Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho Desk, HubSpot and Salesforce Service Cloud are common. Others work through their API or an email forwarding rule.
