When the phone rings at eleven at night, someone picks up

AI voice agents answer inbound calls, understand what the caller needs, and book, route or log the request, with a transfer to a person whenever the caller asks for one.

Part of AI and automation

What we do

  • Inbound call answering

A greeting, the reason for the call understood, and common questions answered in natural speech, in Arabic or English as the caller prefers.

  • Routing without keypad menus

Callers say what they need and are transferred to the right department or person, instead of pressing through a list of options.

  • Bookings and changes

Appointments created, moved or cancelled in your calendar or booking system, followed by an SMS or WhatsApp confirmation.

  • Your existing phone system

Connected to your current numbers through your telephony provider or cloud PBX, with call recording where your policy allows it.

  • Transcripts and summaries

Each call transcribed and summarized, then attached to the customer record in your CRM or helpdesk.

  • Outbound reminders

Appointment reminders and follow-up calls with a clear opt-out, within the calling rules that apply to your business.

When clients call us about this

  1. Calls go unanswered at busy times

Callers hear a ringing line or a full voicemail box and try a competitor instead.

  2. Reception spends the day booking and rebooking

Most calls are about appointments, and each one takes a person away from the people in front of them.

  3. Nobody knows why customers call

There is no record of call reasons, so staffing and service changes are based on guesses.

Questions we are often asked

Will callers know they are talking to AI?

Yes. The agent introduces itself as an automated assistant, and callers can ask for a person at any point in the call.

How does it handle accents and dialects?

Before launch we test speech recognition with recordings that match your callers, Gulf Arabic included. Where recognition is uncertain, the call is transferred rather than guessed.

Do we need a new phone number?

No. In most cases calls are forwarded from your current numbers through your telephony provider. We confirm what your provider supports during scoping.

Are calls recorded?

Only if you choose to, with the notice your policy and local rules require. Recordings and transcripts are stored in the region we agree with you.
