Terms in plain words

  • Pack hours stay valid for six months from purchase.
  • Monthly plans renew each month and can be cancelled before the next renewal.
  • Unused monthly hours carry over for three months.

    We email you within one working day to collect access and your first list of tasks.

    Each task is done on a staging copy first where possible, and logged against your hours.

    You see the balance

    You receive a summary of the work done and the hours remaining.

Questions we are often asked

Which websites can you work on?

Most websites built on WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Salla, Zid and common frameworks. If we cannot help with your setup, we tell you before any hours are used.

What happens if a task needs more hours than I have?

We estimate first. If a task would go over your balance, we ask before starting, and you can top up with another pack.

Is this the same as a support agreement?

No. Hours are for planned work at your request. A support agreement adds monitoring, agreed response times and a named contact. You can combine both.

Can I get an invoice for my company?

Yes. The checkout issues a receipt, and we can send an invoice with your company details on request.
