Can you turn our existing single-client software into SaaS?
Often, yes. We review the current code and data model first, then propose whether to adapt it for multiple tenants or rebuild the core and migrate customers across in stages.
Where will customer data be hosted?
We agree the region with you before the build. If your buyers need data kept in Saudi Arabia or the UAE, we plan the hosting and backups around that requirement.
Which payment providers can the billing use?
We work with the gateway that suits your market and your bank. Recurring billing, card storage rules and VAT invoices are part of the scope discussion.
Do you stay involved after launch?
If you want us to. Many SaaS clients keep us on for ongoing releases, monitoring and support under a separate agreement.
