For a customer nearby, the map result is your shop window

For restaurants, clinics, showrooms and service branches, the map result often matters more than the website. We set up and manage your listings so each location is accurate and visible.

Part of Growth and marketing

What we do

  • Google Business Profile setup and cleanup

Categories, services, hours, photos and attributes completed for every branch, and duplicate or unclaimed listings resolved.

  • Multi-branch management

One process for keeping dozens of locations consistent, including holiday and Ramadan hours updated across all of them.

  • Location pages

A page on your site for each branch with address, map, services and opening hours, linked to its profile.

  • Review handling

A way to ask happy customers for reviews, plus reply templates in Arabic and English for your team to adapt.

  • Other map platforms

Apple Maps, Bing Places and relevant local directories kept in line with your Google listings.

  • Local rank tracking

Map visibility measured from points around each branch, not from one office location.

When clients call us about this

  1. Customers arrive at the wrong address

Old pins, closed branches or wrong opening hours are still showing on Google Maps.

  2. A competitor down the street appears first

Searches near your branch show other businesses in the map pack, even when yours is closer.

  3. Reviews go unanswered

Customer reviews pile up with no replies, and a few negative ones sit at the top.

Questions we are often asked

Can you remove negative reviews?

Only reviews that break Google policies can be reported for removal, and Google makes the decision. For the rest, a calm, helpful reply usually does more for your reputation than the review itself does harm.

We have many branches. Is that manageable?

Yes. We work from one branch data sheet and use bulk management tools, so changes reach every listing in the same way.

Do we need location pages if we already have profiles?

They help. A profile linked to a strong page on your own site gives Google more confidence about the location and gives customers more detail before they visit.

Who owns the profiles?

You do. Profiles stay under your company account, and we work as managers you can remove at any time.
