Less paperwork between the site and head office

Contractors run on drawings, RFIs, daily reports, subcontractor invoices and progress claims, much of it passed around by email and WhatsApp groups. We build the tools that gather it in one place, with AI reading the documents.

What gets in the way

  • Daily reports scattered across chat groups

Site engineers post progress, manpower and photos in WhatsApp groups, and someone in the office retypes it all into a report each evening.

  • Subcontractor invoices checked line by line

Invoices, delivery notes and payment applications are matched by hand against contracts and measured work before anything is paid.

  • Tender packages too long to read twice

Bid documents run to hundreds of pages, and the clause that changes the price is easy to miss close to a deadline.

  • Approvals stuck in someone's inbox

Material submittals, variation orders and payment approvals wait on one signature, with no clear view of where each one is held up.

Questions we are often asked

Can the site team use an app with poor connectivity?

Yes. A field app saves reports, photos and checklists on the device and uploads them when the signal returns, so a basement or a remote site does not stop reporting.

Will AI read our tender documents accurately?

It finds and summarizes clauses, quantities and requirements, linking each answer to its page. Estimators make the decisions; the assistant saves them the first full read.

Can this connect to our ERP?

Yes, where your ERP, such as SAP, Oracle or Odoo, offers an API or an import route. Approved invoices and progress figures then post directly instead of being entered again.

Do our planners need to change their tools?

No. Scheduling and drawing software stays as it is. We use their exports where helpful and focus on the reporting and approval steps around them.
