Sales, finance and HR each get an assistant that knows the job
A copilot is an AI assistant built around one role, such as sales, finance, HR or site operations, with that team's templates, data and rules, and a person making every final decision.
Part of AI and automationWhat we do
Tasks for each role
Proposals and quotations for sales, variance notes for finance, job descriptions and policy answers for HR, daily reports for site teams.
Your templates and tone
Drafts follow your letterheads, approved wording and house style in each language you write in, instead of generic AI phrasing.
Connected to the right data
The copilot reads from the CRM, ERP, project tools or shared drives that role uses, under the same permissions.
Inside Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
Available in Word, Outlook, Teams, Gmail or Docs where possible, or as a focused web app when the task needs its own screen.
Review built in
Outputs show their sources and assumptions, and anything sent outside the company goes through a person first.
Clear usage rules
Written guidance on what staff can paste in, which tasks the copilot is for, and what stays off limits.
When clients call us about this
Staff already use public AI tools with company data
It is happening without rules, and nobody knows what has been pasted where.
Proposals are rebuilt from old files every time
Each one starts by copying last month's document and fixing the names, figures and formatting by hand.
A general AI subscription did not change how anyone works
Licences were bought, but without templates, data or a clear task, few people use them.
Questions we are often asked
How is this different from Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT?
Those are general tools. A copilot built for one team adds your templates, data connections and rules, and can run on the same underlying models. If a general tool you already license covers the need, we will tell you.
Which team should start?
Usually the one with frequent, document-heavy work and a manager who wants the change. A focused first team gives real feedback before a wider rollout.
Can staff misuse it?
Access is by role, sensitive data types can be blocked, and usage is logged. A written policy tells staff what is allowed.
Which AI models do you use?
We choose per task among the major providers and open models, and explain the trade-offs in cost, quality and data handling. The copilot can move to another model later without a rebuild.
