Two sides, one platform, and the payments in between

Marketplaces live or die on trust between strangers. We build the onboarding, payments, payouts and dispute handling that let buyers and sellers deal with each other through you.

Part of Product and software engineering

What we do

  • Seller and provider onboarding

Registration with document upload for commercial registration and VAT certificates, review queues for your team, and approval status the seller can follow.

  • Listings and search

Product, service or property listings with filters, map search and availability, in right-to-left and left-to-right layouts.

  • Split payments and payouts

Customer payments by mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, cards or Tabby and Tamara instalments, with your commission held back and seller payouts scheduled.

  • Orders, bookings and delivery

Order flows per seller, with shipping through Aramex, SMSA or the seller's own couriers, and tracking visible to the buyer.

  • Reviews, disputes and refunds

Ratings after each order, a dispute process your team can manage, and refunds that adjust the seller balance automatically.

  • Operator dashboard

Commission reports, seller performance, flagged listings and payout history in one place for the people running the marketplace.

When clients call us about this

  1. You are matching buyers and suppliers over WhatsApp

The demand is real but every deal runs through your phone. A platform lets both sides find each other while you take your share.

  2. Off-the-shelf marketplace software does not fit your rules

Your commission model, approval steps or booking logic need more than a plugin can offer.

  3. Paying sellers takes days of reconciliation

Commissions, refunds and payouts are calculated by hand each month. The platform should do that arithmetic for you.

Questions we are often asked

Who holds the money between the buyer and the seller?

That depends on the payment provider and your licensing position. We design the flow with the provider's marketplace features and recommend you confirm the setup with your legal and finance advisers.

Can the marketplace handle both products and services?

Yes. Physical orders, bookable services and enquiries for quotes each follow their own flow, and the platform can support more than one.

How do you deal with fake sellers or listings?

Through verification at sign-up, review queues for new listings, reporting tools for buyers and flags your team can act on from the dashboard.

Should we start with an app or a website?

Most marketplaces start with a mobile-friendly web app because both sides can reach it without installing anything. Native apps follow once usage justifies them.
