Who we are

Anzum (anzum.com) is part of Elicus and is operated by Elicus Technologies Private Limited. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Anzum and Elicus Technologies Private Limited.

What we collect

When you send the contact form we receive your name, email address, your message and the service you selected, plus your phone number and company name if you choose to give them.

Like most websites, our servers record technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use it to keep the site secure and working.

To stop automated spam, the contact form may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks whether a visitor is a person. Cloudflare processes the technical data needed for that check.

How we use it

• To reply to your message and discuss the work you asked about.
• To prepare proposals and, if we work together, to deliver and support the project.
• To protect the website against abuse.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers we need to run the website and reply to you: our hosting provider, our email provider and Cloudflare. They process the data on our behalf and under their own security obligations.

Cookies

The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated first.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any work that follows, and no longer than the law requires for business records.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, data protection law in Saudi Arabia, the UAE or elsewhere may give you further rights. We will respond within the time the applicable law sets.
