Which websites do you maintain?
WordPress and WooCommerce sites are the most common, along with Shopify stores and custom web applications. We review a site before taking it on.
What if we need more changes than the plan covers?
You can buy additional maintenance hours on our maintenance hours page, or we quote larger work separately before starting.
Do you maintain sites built by other agencies?
Yes. We start with a review, tell you what condition the site is in, and fix anything urgent before the regular routine begins.
Is hosting included?
It can be. Some clients keep their current host and add a care plan, others move to our managed hosting so one team looks after everything.
