Stop copying data from one system into another

We connect your store, ERP, CRM, payment gateway and delivery partners so orders, stock, invoices and customer records move on their own, and we watch those connections after go-live.

Part of Product and software engineering

What we do

  • Payment gateways

Checkout and refunds through gateways that support mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay and cards, plus Tabby and Tamara instalments, reconciled against your accounting system.

  • Delivery and logistics

Shipment creation, labels and tracking with Aramex, SMSA and other carriers, pushed to customers as status changes.

  • E-invoicing

Invoices generated in the required format and submitted to the national e-invoicing platform in Saudi Arabia, with clearance results stored against each invoice.

  • ERP, CRM and store sync

Orders, customers, stock and prices synced between Salla, Zid, WooCommerce or Shopify and systems such as Odoo, SAP, Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce.

  • Custom APIs

Documented REST APIs that let partners, mobile apps or other teams use your data securely, with keys, rate limits and versioning.

  • Monitoring and retries

Failed calls retried automatically, errors logged, and alerts sent to the right person before a missing order becomes a complaint.

When clients call us about this

  1. Orders are re-typed into the ERP

Every online order is entered a second time by hand, with typos and delays. An integration moves it as soon as it is placed.

  2. Stock levels disagree between systems

The store sells items the warehouse no longer has. Syncing stock on a schedule or on each change fixes that.

  3. An integration fails silently

You find out a sync stopped when finance cannot reconcile the month. Monitoring and alerts surface it the same day.

Questions we are often asked

What if one of our systems has no API?

We look at what it does support: scheduled file exports, database views, email reports or a middleware connector. There is usually a reliable way in.

Do you use middleware platforms or write custom code?

Both. Integration platforms suit standard connections, while custom code is better for complex rules or high volumes. We recommend per case and explain the running costs.

Can you help us meet e-invoicing requirements?

We build the technical connection and invoice formats. Your tax adviser should confirm which phase and rules apply to your business.

Who maintains the integrations after launch?

Providers change their APIs from time to time. We can keep integrations updated under a support agreement, or hand over documentation for your own team.
