When you create a post/page in WordPress and some of the words get deleted from the permalink, you are probably using an SEO plugin. Such plugins allows you to remove stop words from the URL automatically.
In case if you’re using Yoast, you may have this issue and it can be fixed by disabling this feature. Check out for the permalinks menu (Not the standard WordPress permalinks) and disable it.
